Weekend Thoughts

To be honest, I didn’t actually do a whole lot of thinking today. 😉 

My day started with a 3-mile run, which felt refreshing after yesterday’s longer run.  I like following a long run with a slow, very low intensity run.  It feels great on the legs!!

Then I continued on to bake some pumpkin muffins which I’m pretty sure will be incororated into tomorrow mornings AM meal. 😉  Recipe to be posted as long as they meet taster approval.

15 minutes of yoga + 30 minutes of Imagine If (the game) = my Saturday summed up!!  No thinking required.  I was so lazy, seeping in all the feel-good vibes that Saturdays have to offer. 😉

Back to normal tomorrow! 😀  I hope you’re all enjoying your weekend!!

  1. Oh gosh what a hard question! Well.. I think I’d have to be some blackened salmon with broccoli and a purple sweet potato with almond butter on the side! Ok maybe I’m just naming my favorite foods but you get the idea! LOL
